The end result of following an outline such as this would serve to set time limits and make goals apparent for the entire committee which serves to allow the committee to use their time well and establish a clear goal for their meeting time. Student issues such as this (or really issues for any group) rely on organized goals and outlines serve to allow those involved to keep the best interest of the whole on task.
